Name: Koi
Alias: N/A
Gender: Female.
Age: 2
Birthdate: September 9th, 2129
Species: Dog.
Breed: Mutt; labrador, doberman, blackmouth cur.
Purebred: No.
Pack: Loner.
Height: 23 inches
Weight: 54 lbs
Build: Koi is the right height for her breed mix, but her weight is all off. Due to malnutrition, she is about ten to fifteen pounds below what she should weigh. Muscle mass could be greater, but she doesn't get enough food to build the energy to run around and gain said muscle.
Coat: The lack of protein also shows in her coat, thin and dull brown with a few patches missing here and there. When she was a pup, the coloring was more of a splotchy brown and light cream, but as she's gotten older its faded to a flat unhealthy brown.
Head: Her head is a direct mix between labrador and doberman. Slightly square and bulky, but as the same time there is a slender thinness that makes her look very aerodynamic and sharp. The left ear is soft and floppy, but the right is missing an inch or so off the tip.
Eyes: Big, round, watery chocolate brown eyes that hold the signature labrador puppy pout. Nothing particularly spectacular about her eyes.
Scars: - Due to an injury caused by an attack that left a jagged scar on her left hind leg, she walks with a slight limp that gets worse as the weather gets colder.
- Right ear is no longer floppy like the left one, for it has been bitten and ripped, the tip completely missing.
- A few scattered scars over the rest of her body, nothing that stands out.
Accessories: N/A
Pictures: As a puppy.
Loosely based as an adult.
Speed: Above average.
Stamina: Average.
Strength: Average.
Fighting: Below average.
Strengths: Koi is a nice dog. She will share the food she finds without putting up a fight if there is anyone to share it with. Helping with shelter, injuries and doing generally anything she can to...help! She is not a good fighter and avoids confrontation as much as possible. Gentle and kind, soft spoken, friendly and loving. Koi is the perfect example of an omega.
Her calm and gentle, submissive demeanor often allows the more dominant wolves to overlook her and leave her alone. A short, thin coat keeps her cool during the hotter months.
Weaknesses: Mentally she has had some setbacks, thinking that she is not good enough to live, due to her lack of fight ability. She sees it as a lack of survival instinct, when in reality she is actually very in tune with the art of 'surviving'.
She is weak physically because of the limp and malnutrition. During the winter she gets excessively cold and can't go out much because of her thin coat.
Personality: Due to the way she grew up, Koi has adopted the slightly selfless act. She feels the need to help others all the time, not really taking care of herself enough. She is very soft spoken and likes to blend into the background. Koi does not like to be the center of attention or to even be noticed most of the time. Constantly caught up in a whirlwind of anxiety and insecurities about her abilities to care for herself. She does not care what other creatures think of her because of her nearly total lack of social skills. Though she fears contact with other canines, it is also one of her greatest cravings.
The girl's reaction to fear and anger is pretty much the same. She hides or runs away, trying to avoid whatever it is that is causing the problem. As an omega, she tries to break up conflict between other canines, constantly putting herself at risk in the name of peace.
Fears: -Humans.

Family: -Balu: Father. Labrador/Blackmouth cur. Unknown if dead or alive.
-Ama: Doberman/Unknown. Dead.
-3 dead siblings from birth, unnamed.
History: Koi was born to a harshly underfed mother beneath a rusted old car about twenty miles away from the city of Stranglehold. After mating her mother, the large brute of a male that was her father had taken off, looking for the next in heat female to impregnate. After the birth, the mama dog tried to take care of the babies as best she could. Sadly, three of them died within the first two weeks. The only one who survived was the little creamy female that she named Koi. It wasn't long before the Mother starved to death, having been giving the puppy all of the food she could find. Kai wandered around all alone for a few days, managing to avoid the bigger dogs that would have eaten her without a second thought. Amazingly, one of the human packs that was running around found her and took her into their ranks. They had two other dogs, huge brutes they used to fight off the strays when needed. Those two teased and messed with her, but adopted her into the family, thankful to have another canine family member. The humans weren't very nice, using her for entertainment mostly, only giving her food when she would beg and cry for it. A few of the scars she had came from them, cigarette burns and scratches from being tossed around. After a while of taking the abuse, she decided she'd had enough and ran off, not expecting to live for very long. At this point, she is just wandering the streets, trying to be as polite and friendly as possible to everyone she meets in order to stay alive.

Role Play Sample: The small hut had been organized finally. Tawny had dug out the bottom another few inches and laid slabs of wood she’d pulled off buildings, and then layered the few skins she had on top. It was a comfortable floor and bed. A few shelves had been built into the walls and held the smaller items, like jars of beads and paints. Outside, around the backside of the hut, she had dug another hole and lined it with leaves, mud and wood. That hole was packed full of her other supplies and then covered with one of the nylon, waterproof flags. The roof of the hut was covered with the biggest flag, which happened to be the color of rainbows. Thankfully it was dull and faded, so it didn’t stand out so bright in the otherwise dark forest. Feeling good in her newly sealed off home, she was able to relax and create her jewelry and pretty things in peace, without worrying about the weather and creatures stealing her supplies.
The little brown girl was curled up in the corner, the skins pulled over and piled into a little bed, and her fingers were flying, weaving pieces of string together in an intricate pattern. Every few inches on the length was a bone weaved in, hanging down to look like a set of sharp teeth. She was getting excited about being almost done with the piece, and her fingers slipped a few times. The last bone was slid in and tied off, and then she had a beautiful necklace made from thick black twine and blood stained rib bones carved to look like bear teeth. Dropping it over her neck, she stood and grabbed the strip of leather hanging above her head, wrapping it around her waist and cinching it tightly. The small carved bone knife that Razekiel had given to her was sitting in a little deer hide sheath, ready for use if needed.
Right as her feet passed the doorway from inside the hut to the softly lit outside world, she heard the kind and friendly howling. It wounded like a summons for a gathering. Tawny stopped moving and wrung her hands together for a few moments, not sure if she wanted to go and be surrounded by the pack wolves…her pack mates. They were people that she desperately needed to get to know, her new family and she only knew a few of their names. Taking a deep breath, she dropped to all fours and let her body take on her halfling form, the muscles piling on as well as the thicker dark mane on the back of her neck. Even in Secui form she was only the size of a large lupine. The girl was a little git altogether. Loping through the woods, she followed the direction she was sure the howling had come from. Thankfully it was near where her hut was and it didn’t take long for her to catch the fresh scent of a male wolf, one that she’d smelled before, but never met.
Slowing down to a loose and lazy walk, she ducked under the bushes and came into a little round clearing. The large black male sitting there brought her to a halt, but she suppressed the fear and took a few small steps closer, dipping her head in greeting. "I’m Tawny…" A soft snuffling sound came from about three hundred yards off, easily caught by their canine ears. Her head snapped to the side and she peeked through the foliage, seeing the smallish herd of deer. Smiling shyly, she shifted on her feet and squirmed in anticipation. "A-Are we going to hu-hunt?"
